Our experience with Linda was fantastically impressive! We were relocating from TX to FL and started our initial home search by viewing properties online. We were contacted by Linda and the magic commenced - not only did she begin to supply us with properties coinciding with our likes, but she phone-interviewed a couple of agents near our TX residence and facilitated our selection of an agent to sell our TX home. From there, within a couple of days, she had secured our FL loan pre-approval through a local financial entity, and we were off! Linda has gone above and beyond the call of duty every time we have worked together. Recently she helped my partner and me purchase a new, half completed, build. Her diligence in following up with the builder on our behalf to get items completed was amazing. She also came to the two walk-through appointments with us and noticed important and small details that Sam and I hadn’t or didn’t know to look for. Linda also was a key part of our getting financing. She was exceptional in her follow-up with the loan officers to ensure we got the best rates and service from them.
