Watersound

Watersound is a trademark name given to more than one community on the Emerald Coast. St. Joe Company, the developer of these upscaled communities, also develops land for commercial use, as well as golf courses.

 

Let’s start with the Watersound communities positioned along the famous 30A Highway. Watersound Peninsula; Watersound Beach and Watersound West Beach have gated entrances directly off Highway 30A. These communities have direct views of the Gulf of Mexico, and many of the homes are built on waterfront lots. Both Watersound Beach and West Beach have direct access to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf. All three of these up-scale communities are just moments away from the private and gated Watersound Club which lies directly along the 30A Highway. Membership to the Beach Club, as well as the local St. Joe-developed golf courses, comes with a substantial initial membership cost.

 

Watersound Camp Creek is the newest of the St. Joe developments in Walton County. Gated, with lots ranging from 1⁄4 to nearly an acre, this community offers easy access to all the wonderful amenities of the area and Club yet is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of 30A and US 98. The Watersound Camp Creek community will be home to 263 lots at full buildout.

 

Last, but certainly no less important is Watersound Origins and Naturewalk at Watersound Origins. Located on the north side of Highway 98, at Camp Creek Parkway, this will be the largest of all current Watersound communities. With well over 1,000 lots upon completion, the homes are separated by Phases, Design, and Pricing.
